At higher magnification, the densely cellular nature of the neoplasm is obvious. A certain regular archtiecture is apparent as well with cords of cells arranged in a somewhat orderly fashion. The neoplastic cells are not confined within a capsule - they can be seen invading into the connective tissue stroma near the top of the image.
