Lymphocytes as far as the eye can see...The cells appear to be well-differentiated. They are small, which is good, because if they were large and lymphoblast-like, that would carry a worse prognosis. Again, the principle being the more anaplastic the neoplasm, the more likely it is to be malignant and very bad. Lymphoma usually is a metastatic disease so the anaplastic=aggressive model does not really mean much here.
