Be very careful when you evaluate intestine. Do not jump the gun and call a Peyer's patch lymphoma and don't ignore a large accumulation of lymphocytes in the submucosa. The lymphoma looks far more invasive than a Peyer's patch. There is a sort of natural look to the Peyer's patch that the lymphoma is certainly lacking.
