1. Large evergreen shrub

1. Grayanotoxin (Andromedotoxin)- a resinous material that stimulates nerves in the brain and stomach, causing vomiting.
1. Mostly seen in sheep, goats, and cattle
2. Onset time about 4-6 hours after eating
3. Sheep/goats- ooze stomach contents from mouth; lose lots of fluids
4. Cattle- more productive vomiting, bloat, abdominal pain, grind teeth, stagger
1. Remove rumen contents
2. Give fluids orally and administer activated charcoal at 1-2gm/kg
3. Antiemetic
